The Okanagan / Shuswap continues to be a highly desirable place to live, raise a family, retire to and enjoy a lifestyle that is only offered in British Columbia. Last year still saw a record number of buyers competing for homes in a market of low inventory. While we've now seen a shift toward a Balanced Market some homes have begun to go to multiple offer again and I'd be happy to chat as you consider whether or not now is the right time for you to make a real estate move.
Paige comes to RE/MAX Vernon with 15 years of real estate experience in the Okanagan and Shuswap. markets. She moved to the Okanagan from Alberta 22 years ago and built a waterfront strata and with that experience, launched her real estate career.
Paige knows how to listen, bring solutions, solve problems, negotiate, market and deliver on what her client’s need and expect in a professional. She knows and understands the nuances of the question "How's the market?" as it pertains to the specific type of real estate and location her clients are looking to sell or buy in.
